If he did not test then that's fine, the difference between victor and shane, and floyd and pac is that the former two are willing to be pushed around because their negotiating power is weak while for the latter two it is strong.

 

I'd say it has more to do with Mayweather reminding him of SRL and his demands for his fight than anything else.

What's the basis for you or I being randomly searched at an airport, these days? It's because of the actions of someone else. The authorities are not going to validate your personal history before you are asked to do it, you will just be selected from the crowd, because (presumably) everyone is a suspect.

Manny claims he wants to fight Floyd, take the test, supposedly he is clean so there is no problem, like I said before, Floyd conceded to his demands, why can't he concede to Floyds if he wants to fight him.

Shane took the OSDT and said he had no problem with it and hopes more people start doing it at the championship level. So again what is the problem with taking a OSDT.

Shane made millions fighting Floyd and Manny, what does that have to do with Manny not taking the OSDT if that is the only issue stopping the fight from happening.

you know pac never really gave a straight up answer. i thought he wasn't clear on the reason why he won't accept full random. partly i think he just does not want it to be too close to the fight (to which i do not agree) but at the same time he's playing coy. floyd likes to insinuate, insult, and get into your head.. well i guess he's trying to do something that would make floyd feel he's not in control. like i said, it's a lot of mess.

i'm not saying pac is the only one who has the right to make demands. i'm saying, pac's demand will not have any effect on floyd anyway because floyd is a professional and will come in within the weight limit. can you not honestly say it is a clean request not intended to poke or play mind games with floyd? it's just simply an untainted concern.

whereas the drug test demand is tainted in that it is aimed to affect pac mentally. let's be honest here.. floyd does not really want to clean up the sport.. at that point at least not. it was to play games with pac and pac probably saw it that way.. so aside from taking verbal blows from floyd, to which floyd already had the upperhand, pac simply did not want to give floyd full control on the issue.

exactly the reason they asked for an unreasonably high penalty is because they don't want floyd to just pay the fine and come in with an advantage.

 

U *****s are so persitent on take the test even when pac said yes. All i can say is ask ross greenburg. He knows more to the story then u esb ***** speculation. U *****s talk about this holy grail of emails of proof but where is it? U talk about arum wont let pac fight floyd but ross greenburg says otherwise. Oscar said the fight was close to happening like ross said so. Ask ross what happened next? Ellerbe said no negotitaions happpened but ross and oscar said it was close to happening, but ross kanows what happened next.
