I'll bring some truth and a different perspective to the matter.

One, I think Mosley hits harder than Mayweather at any given weight at any time period. If he couldn't knock out Cotto, Floyd won't knock out Cotto.

Second, why wouldn't Arum offer Floyd money or call him out?
Well he's openly stated a 1 year hiatus. He then took a fight with De La Hoya who (and lets be honest) can actually beat Floyd if the Oscar of old comes back(high unlikely less than half of a %). So why push for a fight with Floyd in that matter? I say he wait until after the De La Hoya fight. Which means look for a fight in 2009.

Also, I don't think Arum is looking to keep that "0" intact on Cotto's record. He practically fed him to unknowns/undefeateds at 140 and then when he hits welterweight he's fighting Quintana(who MANY thought was a favourite), Judah, Mosley, etc. Also the match up with gomez is a "everything to lose, nothing to gain" fight for Cotto.

No discredit to Floyd. I for one think yes, he HAS the ability to be the best P4P. I think however, north of 140 he hasn't proven it.

Leonard fought Duran who was very effective at a lower weight and moved up. He lost once, won twice. This can be compared to Hatton as he was extremely effective at 140 moved up and Mayweather beat.

Now where the two careers differ is that Leonard fought MONSTERS in Tommy Hearns, Hagler, etc.

If you tell me that Judah, or the human chin Baldomir are comparable in terms of division dominance to Hearns. I'd love to respond by slapping the taste out of your mouth and sending you back with a " IM ****ING ******ED " sticker pasted to your forehead.:rofl
