Cotto doesn't call people out, that is not his style. but he expressed interest to fight phloyd one year ago when the fight was set up perfectly for a battle of wetlerweight unbeaten champs.

phony phloyd declined like a pussycat and then escaped into sham retirement when Cotto signed with Margarito. the retirment was a scam, so as to duck having to fight the Cotto-Margarito winner, which the public and media would have pressured him to do.

it's amazing how some people cant understand the way phloyd operates. it couldn't be more obvious.

Love the way that people make **** up, Its the other way around and Arum never EVER offered Floyd a fight with Cotto. In fact Arum wouldnt make the fight when Floyd asked him to, right before he left top rank.

But the truth has nothing to do with the storys that half you clowns tell.

People don't need truth, especially fans of Arum fighters.

I don't know why these jackasses love to believe everything he says. Then when he shits on their favorite fighter, they see the light.

What a clown you are. And you start your post with "Cotto doesn't call people out". If Mayweather didn't call people out it wouldn't sound reasonable to you, huh?

When asked about Mayweather Cotto's response was "Promoter please", but when asked about Pacquiao "147 only".

When Mayweather was around he and his team claimed they're not ready, as soon as he retired they were ready in full force. If you can't see that then you're blind and if you can't see that Mayweather would completely annihilate and assrape Cotto from start to finish then you have major issues. Josha Clottey just arguably beat him, yeah, Joshua Clottey.

Who has Mayweather fought that was smaller?

    Really?

I mean are you including Hatton? Is that all you got? He and Zab are the same size. Oscar?????? WTF are you talking about.

You people just prove that if you say something enough times, dumb mother****ers believe it whether it's true or not..

haha, calm down don cheadle. I don't mean in general but hatton was smaller and marquez is smaller yeah. Before welter, he usually fought the best and in his weight class. But he's not terribly eager to fight natural welters. Not saying ducking and there is boxing politics but with all the welters to fight, he's looking at a super-feather in marquez. He is smaller.

Not eager? Fellas, show us the welter that would have been the cash draw during pre-retirement time? Please! You can't. The choice between De La Hoya and Margarito wasn't even a choice.

Both Hatton AND Marquez called Mayweather out! Not the other way around. They asked for it. He gave it and hopefully will give to them. I didn't hear Pac or Cotto saying that they would whip Mayweather or "I want Mayweather next!" They all fall back on that "Whatever my promotional team... blah, blah, blah". Now they are humble?

If you see the weakness, call the man out! The only guy calling him out so far has been Sugar Shane and that is AFTER he turned Mayweather down. To his credit, JMM said he wanted to give it a shot. Mayweather is giving it to him along with is largest career payday! What is wrong with giving the man his shot?

All you Mayweather haters have some of that new and revised history and time lines. Can't have a discussion cause they have memory lapses and memory placements when convenient!

No, I think it's more of GBP promotions... Oscar was the one chasing PAC to fight him after Floyd Jr. and Hatton declined Oscar's offer...
