    Him letting it be know that team Pac never agreed to random testing with no cuttoff's, forcing Arum to rush to the public to save face saying that they would agree to testing only if Wada preformed it, then Wada coming out and embarrassing their team once again, basically calling them on their bull****. Despite what die hard Pacs fans want to believe it as been a rough couple of months for Team Pac, and his popularity has taken a blow now that casual fans who rarely paid attention to this saga are starting to wonder was it really Top Rank and Manny pac the reason the fight has be killed over and over. There is a reason Pacqiuao is missing in action as of right now, cause any interview he does for now on he will be grilled.
