Says that Pacquiao will also be fighting outside of the United States (UK, Middle East, Mexico are possible locations). Says Crawford and Lomachenko are possible for second half.
Two things are at play here imo, 1. Pacquaio still has enough left in which Arum can make money off him 2. Crawford hasn't clicked with the outside public enough yet (PPV flopped), for him to sacrifice Pac to make Crawford his next star.
I have to believe most of us already knew this. The rumors I've been reading is Pac v Horn, they'll try to get Horn some exposure with a opponent he can shine against in the US, then feed him to Pac for hopefully another decent payday before cashing out.
