    Chavez vs. Golovkin would be exciting. It would ask questions of Golovkin. No point of Ward vs. Chavez we all know Ward can out-box a guy likfe Ward for 12 rounds especially at a weight where Chavez's advantage (size) would be diminshished.

    Chavez is a natural 168lbr.

    We havent even seen him once come into a fight not weight drained.

    We have no idea as to how much better he can be if he aint starving himself or sucking himself dry with diuretics and laxatives.

    What will a fully hydrated and healthy Chavez Jr look like. My opinion is a guy with the power of Stevenson, the chin of Froch, and the body attack of Bute.

    I wouldnt pick Ward to beat him. They both do their best work on the inside and Ward won't be able to work his headbutting into the fight without paying for it with shots just under the belt line.

    Chavez Jr KO 6 Andre Ward.

    A fight with Golovkin is just stupid. GGG is a small MW who could easily fight at LMW without draining. Hell, GGG could drain down and fight at WW. He comes in fresh at MW and he hits harder than most LHWs. This would be a punishing fight for Jr.......then again, when GGG is in the ring it's a punishing fight for anyone between 154-168.:yep

    Agree. I think Arum realizes that Chavez Jr is a lost cause and a lazy bum.
    He's either:

    1. Cashing him out in a mega-fight like GGG or Ward

    OR

    2. Throwing Chavez Jr. in a mega-fight in the hopes that Jr. will finally take training seriously, bring his A-game for once and score a big win.
