Looks like Pacquiao Vs. Lomachenko is next if Pacquiao gets past Matthysse and Lomachenko does his business w/ Linares (which isn't a guarantee). Of course, Egis Klimas would have to be okay with the fight being at 140, which he was very vocal about being against it.

Pacquiao will get the same retirement treatment he gave Fishnets. I think his team even wants him to (go out on his shield) quit on the stool.

I hope that Team Lomachenko shares the same view you do. I want to see this fight. And I think Pacquiao will eventually land, hurt, and KO Lomachenko. Pacquiao will finally be fighting someone smaller than him (but not by much).

I love Manny and believe he still could do alot damage out there, he's a beast. But this fight, I dunno. In his recent fights we've seen Pac still has some venom.

Maybe this is the fight that Manny needs to really see what he has left. If he loses maybe he will tell himself it's time to retire. Loma will expose all those things that a fighter accumulates with age that can be covered up against an inferior fighter. I would love for Pac to win...but that would be a guarantee Pac would fight on and continue his career until it's too late.

Bob is milking Manny dry! After he's done feeding him to every up and coming fighter in Top Rank, he'll have Pacman flipping burgers till he's 80 to drain the last bit of earning potential

Nah. Manny was born to be a fighter. It's in his blood. He enjoys fighting. When he "retired," he said that he felt "lonely" being out of the ring. And of course, he's building up his war chest for his inevitable presidential run.

Manny will retire with brain damage if Arum has his way! Who is going to stop this?

This. PAC is beyond shot now. Just when Loma stopped cherry picking. However, if Loma beats PAC at 147 to get the 147 WBA strap PAC and Matthysse are fighting for and stays at 147 Loma could really take his career to the next level, since 130, 135, and 140 are garbage divisions.

Loma deserves zero credit if he drags a 40 year old down to a lower division or beats him on a catch weight.

Papa Lomachenko already said no fight at 140. They are only now moving up to 135. The man’s got his way of doing things and jumping to 140 is not happening.

Professional boxing is business, course they're gonna move up if Bob offers the right package. This is Pacquiao not Crawford or Spence, a winnable fight for more money than the Lomachenko family has ever seen, and considering TR's line-up, possibly ever will. Old guard vs. new guard, boxer vs. puncher, big guy vs. little, can be marketed the **** out of it.
