This is going way too far now, next Manny will say he will give the blood test aslong as Floyd doesn't use the shoulder roll technique in the fight

The ridiculous terms you mean? Get a grip. PAC has passed every ****ing test before and after his fights and has come out NEGATIVE. Why should he kneel to the demands of Junior? PAC'S team is making a stand and I say, good for them.

Or you realize not all people respond to things exactly the same. Maybe Arum and Roach have noticed that Pac seems unnaturaly weak after a blood test, even more then the average person. Or perhaps they know that it affects him psychologically more then other fighters. If either of those are the case then it would affect Pac more and I could easily see him not wanting to have to deal with that a few days before the fight.

I mean if he is willing to do it 4 days before and right after I don't see the big deal. I mean what is he going to use a steroid that washes out of his system in 4 days?

Travis Tygart, chief executive of the United States Anti-Doping Agency, said a blood test can allow testers to detect use of energy-boosting synthetic EPO, human growth hormone and "a number of potent performance enhancers not detectable in urine. . . . With a [30-day] window like that, you could dope to the gills and get away with it."

Tygart noted Olympic athletes are tested often and without notice. He said less than a teaspoon of blood is removed out of an average of 380 teaspoons in the normal human and that it regenerates within an hour of being withdrawn.

Blood tests, he said, can find things urine tests can't, like the use of human growth hormone, synthetic hemoglobin or blood transfusions, all of which "certainly would aid in an endurance-type event."

My Ex girl friends Cousin Rudy (Lions) takes random drug tests through Blood no problem. Why cant Pac?

Is it because Floyd is requesting it and it isnt Required that you have a problem with it?

:good You know what mate? I'm from England and a fan of both Mayweather AND Pacquiao, if these two ever fight i'll be rooting for neither, I just want to watch the best two fighters of their generation, who are in their prime, and who can fight each other without one of these guys being at a huge size disadvantage, actually fight each other! If these two allow themselves and their camps to continue the way they are regarding all these clauses/stipulations/accusations etc then even if they do fight and one of them produces a stellar performance the pre-fight antics are still going to be remembered. I may cop for stick from both camps of "Fans" but how about this? Just ****ing fight each other! Weigh in at the correct time and at the correct weight, never mind trying to make a guy hop on the scales practically 5 minutes before the bell! If the guy hits the weight he can enter the ring at any weight he likes! If you think the guy is going to be too big for you, don't fight him!! And stop asking for this test, that test on this day, that day etc ffs!! These two are supposedly the best p4p fighters in the world, it would be nice to see them both act like so! All this gamesmanship/ grandstanding etc may be creating interest, but imo it's creating the wrong kind of interest because both camps are now accusing the other of cheating BEFORE a punch is thrown ffs!! And these two want to be remembered as ATG's? The performances of both men inside the ring does entitle them to receive the highest praise, but their conduct in the build-up to this fight makes them look anything but ATG's! I remember Leonard copping for a shed-load of stick for insisting that his fight with Hagler was over 12 rounds and not 15. Can you imagine this circus in those days? People will say it's "Mind games" but if you truly believe as both men do that your the best then whatever your opponent claims pre-fight should have no effect on you whatsoever! Please lads, just ****ing fight each other so we can see who's the best!!

Simply put YEAH. By Junior's own admissin, PAC is an easy fight, easy money. So I say Junior "just fight PAC".

"Well the sanctioning bodies and the state commissions run the boxing world, not Floyd Mayweather. Who is this guy to tell us that we have to have blood tests, or urine tests, or any tests? He's just looking for a way out of the fight. He is scared, and he's just afraid that he's going to get his ass kicked. We don't work for Floyd Mayweather. We fight for the state commission, since when does the fighter make up the rules?" - ROACH

As far as i can see pacs camp has agreed to a blood test 4 weeks before the fight and 10 minutes after the fight with as many urine tests as they like, that sounds pretty reasonable to me!! Im with pacs camp on this one, this is above and beyond what any boxer has done in the past

Did anyone think with Arum and Mayweather involved it would be an easy negotiation? No way. It will get worked out but in the mean time they are giving the message boards a lot to talk about. Just hypes the fight more.
