Good one ! I'd go with Bob Fitz as he was more skilled and the knockout would be set up more. Bob Fitz can stop Cooper to the body. It be a deadly risk coming in trying to stop cooper as Cooper is longer and taller. But id confidently put my money on Fitz but would not count out Cooper
I'd back Fitzsimmons. I think he proved his ability to beat a better class of opponents, and fought several left hookers.
How would you compare their chins Dance? Cooper s wasn't rock solid of course but can we say Bob's was? I don't see a world of difference between em tbh.
Chins i think fitz is a bit better than Coopers . its more about defense in my opinion. However not sure if in fitz era there was anyone with the speed of the hook cooper had.
Fitz could be hurt. He was dropped quite a lot of time, but showed excellent ability to recover. According to Siler's description, in the rematch with Jeffries it was a punch to the body that took it out of Fitz, and left him open for Jeffries to finish.
