Only a 5lbs difference between a welterweight and a former heavyweight champion of the World? Freaky!

Anyway how do you think this fight pans out over 12 rounds?

Williams throws more than 100 punches a round and has a big reach advantage - Could Fitzsimmons overcome it?

This is one of the weirdest match-ups I can imagine. I don't even want to think about it, I feel like my head will explode. Anyway, I figure Fitz would take it by bisection when one of his punches breaks Mr. Fantastic in half.

Williams' high workrate will give Fitzsimmons the opportunity he wants to land the deadly solar plexus punch o' doom.

Fitzsimmons showed that he could KTFO much bigger and good HW´s, Williams showed that Margarito is equal to him, I would be surprise if Paul would survive the 1st round...

it's difficult to judge the old ones, but there seems to be a big consensus that pound for pound fitz punched as hard as anyone plus he was tough as teak. i think williams is in trouble here.
