On another ocasion Fitzsimmons took Nero down to El Passo to be fitted for a new collar. The lion got loose in a Mexican village killed a goat and drove the local people from their homes before Fitzsimmons could aprehend it.
Great article Janitor, do you have the conclusion? I'm interested to see how that training wound up after Fitz punched the lion.
From what I can gather the lion lion was devoted to Fitzsimmons but periodicaly broke out of its cage and killed livestock. Eventualy it was killed when it got itself entangled in some electric cables.
The lion was killed in a terrible accident on a building rooftop in front of Fitz ... I read this in Adam's book on Fitz ... a bizarre and horrible event ...
