    15 rounds 10oz and 30 rounds 4oz I'd pick Spinks over 15 with 10oz, but I'd pick Fitzsimmons over 30 with 4oz

I'd pick Spinks by KO in either scenario.

I wouldn't bet on Spinks knocking out Fitzsimmons. He could be hurt and knocked down, but he was extemely tough. The only fighter who stopped him when he was close to his prime and around LHW limit was Jeffries who was bigger than Spinks.

I think that Spinks would be more patient and he'd try to outpoint Bob instead of knocking him out. You don't go for a brawl against prime Fitz.

You may not like this, but I'd pick Spinks to soundly beat Jeffries too. I definitely think that Spinks was the harder puncher. His was extremely explosive at 175, and what he did to Lopez, Johnson and Mustafa was scary.

If Spinks does a Qawi-esc performance, he'd be letting Bob come him and he'd counter punch. Which is what I think would happen. I imagine he'd land flush and finish him, but I'm not ruling out Bob out. Do note, I literally only have like 2 fighters beating Spinks at 175, and that's Charles and Moore.

I don't think Spinks would be able to knock out Jeffries and fighting him in 25 rounder would be really tough for smaller Michael. I think that Jeffries would beat Spinks with 1900s rules.
The problem is that Fitz didn't pressure fighters either, he waited for others to come at him. That's why I think it could be a boxing match instead of brutal slugfest.
I probably have only Charles over Fitz at 175, even my love for Moore is not enough.

Sure, I agree. But since I don't know anywhere near as much about those rulesets, but I don't like putting guys who never sniffed above 15 in more than that. It's too much guess work, hypotheticals are hard enough without having to make stuff up.
I agree again, but If Bob sits back trying to out-box Spinks he's gonna be out-pointed, a smart guy is gonna know that and he'll have to make himself opportunities. When he does this (especially over 15) he'll get KOed imo. Although over 30 I can see him being patient enough and working the body? That strategy over an hour and a half is what's gonna win it for him, but then I think Spinks would fight on the front foot.

He'd try to make Spinks attack and counter him with something big.
It's possible, but just so is Fitz knocking Spinks out during their exchanges.
The problem is that Fitz didn't need many well timed body punches to stop his oppoennts. He stopped some durable HWs with body punches quickly.

Which isn't gonna work. Spinks is much longer and has the trainer necessary to drill into him not to do that. Qawi tried it, and Qawi was one of the best at it and Qawi failed. I can't see Bob pulling that off, he'd have to go hunting.

Well, there are always two differences between Qawi and Fitz - Qawi was much shorter (Bob wasn't as long as Spinks, but he wouldn't be outranged to such a manner) and Qawi didn't have power to change the fight in one moment.

I understand your position here though, Spinks was a lethal fighter.

He's bumping your thread so people can see it, and complaining that all people talk about is HWs.

    No need for that aggression.
