Really tough call. They have the styles to give each other problems.

I'd lean towards Spinks if I had to pick.

I am inclined to say Spinks. But, Foster`s true one punch power makes him a threat. I think Spinks was a better overall boxer with good power to keep Foster at bay.

Spinks herky-jerky style would throw Fosters timing off with both the jab and the follow up big shots.Foster carried his left at almost waist level shooting it upwards in a jab . Spinks might drop that jinx over the top of the low left . Spinks had enough power to drop Belting Bob,and maybe frustrate him and take a dec.But he would be too smart to get into a shootout he would skitter around, pausing momentarily to jab and look to throw the right hand.
Bob's somewhat predictable foot work would be emphasised by Spinks awkward loping, and he would have trouble landing solidly . Foster is the greater LHVY, imo but he won't look it in this fight. I'm undecided on the outcome.

Good points ! Especially the one with Foster`s low hanging low hanging left. It could give Spinx the target to land the Jinx ! And the way Spinks slide around the ring, it might give Foster problems with being able to plant and unload... Very interesting fight.
