Thad might beat Foster but I feel like we kinda got to give Foster the benefit of the doubt here out of respect. Thads a few levels down from the guys at HW he was failing to defeat. This is why combo fighters are so much easier to rate then guys like Foster who came up just to fight for the belt and when they lost went back down full time.
