Does Galento get to hit Rahman after the bell? Because that’s the only reason Tua won that fight.

Yeah I wouldn't make Galento the favorite against Ruiz even so I'm not quite sure what you're on about.

I’m on about Tua having no results to justify his reputation in some circles.

Sure, but I don't think he is lasting 3 minutes to get to a ****ing bell.

What world champions did Galento knock out?

None. & Tua has two - a washed up Moorer, & Rahman, who he was able to knock out with a blatant foul.

No disrespect to Foster, but I would need to see some sort of convincing win at heavyweight, before making anybody a favorite over Galento.

If you want to pick Tommy Loughran, or Michael Spinks over him, then hat is very reasonable.

Picking Foster over him, is a whole different game.

The fact that people find leagues more to celebrate in the abilities of someone like Galento rather then someone like Byrd tells you everything you need to know about the mind of the average boxing fan.

Prime Bob came along at a time of guys like Ali and Frazier, who shared the echelon of Louis, and we saw what Louis did to Dominick.

That said, one had to bust up Tony severely to stop him. Foster wasn't about to Mike Quarry that mug. Not the easiest of tasks but Tony was wide, wide open and bumbling. Would be an interesting exercise.

Butterbean vs Galento would be a better matchup and I'm going with the Bean.

Most likely goes the same as the Frazier fight with Galento backing Foster up and knocking him out. Foster was a great fighter, but I don't see him keeping Galento off him for long.

    That is completely ridiculous.

Whether you pick Galento or Foster, at least they are peer opponents.

A green Foster being the only man to ever stop Henry Hank in Henry's 96 bouts against absolute killers is more impressive then anything Galento ever accomplished.

Going further to being the only man to ever blow out the likes of Cotton and Tiger are just icing on the cake.
