Mike Bruce turned the trick, as did Bonavena twice.

Don't ask me the guys name cos for the life of me I can't remember it, but frazier was dropped early on in his career. I remember reading it in Joe's autobiography some years ago. Sure it was before the Oscar kds. And it was a early rounds kd, which seems to be the case with Joe.

Archie Moore moved up and down from LtHvy to Hvywt and back to LtHvywt as necessary and was successful. Prime Moore would probably beat Foster.

Loved Foster, but the advantages he had a light heavy with his height and reach were negated at heavy. Even when he fought at heavyweight, if I remember correctly, his weight was around 187 and he still appeared woefully thin especially his legs. I think when he was at his best, heavyweights were getting bigger thus really making the difference between heavyweights and light heavyweights much more apparent and his slim frame just couldn't hold up to a heavyweight punch.

At light heavy he was a monster - a men among boys, I still shudder at the shot he kayoed Mike Quarry with.
