Bob def had the way better resume. On that alone gonna go w Bob. Both found a way to lose a lot but Bob has some nice scalps.
Bob could punch, but I can't recall a contest where he absorbed significant adversity. Cooper of course was an adversity parasite. Bob would give Bert his fits, but I can't not go with Cooper. Cannot be done.
What can I say, another vote for Smokin' Bert. As long as Bert has trained well, and, is off drugs. The Cooper of the Mercer, DeWitt, or Tillman fight would be too strong and determined to lose. The version of Bert that lost to big George gets smoked.
