Could this have been one of the Greatest Light Heavyweight Wars.

    A true Rock-em Sock-em bout.

Could Matthew Saad recover from an early blitz to hold on, and rally
over the second half of the fight, and pull it out with a late-Round
    stoppage.

I think the "likely" outcome is Saad Muhammad pulling off another one of his miracles. At some point in the fight he will probably be staring at the lights or the canvas (as against Richie Kates), and then rally back to win. His lack of defense is worriesome against a bomber of Satterfield's caliber (who was certainly never afraid of letting his hands go), but it's made up for with Satterfield's own flaws. Basically I'd favour the fighter with the better ability to take a punch in this match-up, and the less reckless fighter in Saad Muhammad.

Saad Muhammed IMO is flat out better, I could see him taking out Satterfield without going through his regular war mongering.

I just have that feeling, that Bob Satterfield was a litle too quick and too much of hard
    puncher in the early rounds.

Don't think Saad Muhammad would be able to withstand the first 3 Rounds.
