i had it even, havent seen many female fights but that was alright, both had a good go and showed some good skill

 

Yeah, Ive not watched a lot of womens boxing, but Ive certainly see a lot of Pro male fighters with a lot worse fundamentals/conditioning than that.

 

I was going for Angie, as im a massive John Wayne Parr fan, but i thought erin won pretty clearly. Did you see Paul Briggs in the corner for the first fight? I wish he was commentating.

 

Can I just say, what a great job the emcee does on these things. Typically Aussie guys just try too hard to entertain/commentate and host the evening. This guy is a real natural. One of the first not to make me cringe. Kudos to him.

Hoppa is all over Big Bob who is just grappling. Has made a couple of claims that Hoppa is trying to break his arm again. Coming into the 8th round I'd say Hoppa has won 7 of them!

 

7 rounds in. Hoppa is well up. Big Bob has initiated more clinches than he has thrown punches.

 

More whinging about the arm. Bob Mirovic has lost the plot. Should retire to be honest!

 

This is a pretty **** poor fight...Hoppa aint exactly Paul Williams in there either, but Bob looks toast.

These kind of fights remind me of why I dont really follow the heavies.
