    Hey!

I just finished watching Chacon/Limon 4 for the first time. I'm pretty sure that it is the best fight that I have EVER seen. How highly would everyone else rate it on a all-time scale? If there are better fights than this one, please list them because I want to see them ASAP!! :bbb

I've seen it pegged as the number one fight by a number of boxing fans. Knowledgeable ones at that.

There's an article on this in the ESB archive thing I believe.

Its 1 of the top 2 best action fights Ive ever seen

The other 1 is Erik Morales v Marco Antonio Barrera I (2000)

If you havent seen this fight, then please do & let me know which 1 you think is better because I cant decide.

    :thumbsup

Check out Bobby Chacon-Cornelius Boza-Edwards I & II, Classics! Or Wilfredo Gomez-Lupe Pintor. Michael Carbajal-Humberto Gonzalez I. Or if your Heart can take it, Salvador Sanchez-Azumah Nelson, Thrilling!!

Yeah. In many ways, it had the same type of dynamic as Vasquez-Marquez III, only over 15 rounds, and probably even better in terms of action.

Of all the fights I have seen in my lifetime, and I have seen a lot of them, this is by far the best of the lot. For sustained action between two bitter rivals you will be hard pressed to find a more exciting fight than this one.

    It really is close between Chacon/Limon 4 & Morales/Barrera 1.

On one hand I could lean towards Chacon/Limon because of the KDs, especially the one in the last 15 secs, sheer drama... but on the other hand I could go with EM/MAB as it was of a higher level technically.

    Tough call.

I go back and forth between Chacon/Limon 4 and Danny Lopez/Mike Ayala.
