    What the article doesn't say is that Boza-Edwards, not Camacho, was the #1 contender when Chacon fought him. That makes the WBC's decision to strip Chacon look even more ludicrous.

    I know from our perspective, it is great Chacon didn't listen to his wife and kept fighting. The Limon and Boza fights after her death were Classics.

    But, if he had quit in late '81 like she wanted, she would have not died, and he likely would not be nearly as punch drunk today. He took helacious punishment in the second Boza fight.
