:yikes This not a joke, the fight is on boxrec. Is it being staged in a ****ing circus? Even better, there's a joke title on the line, the "IBU" title. Bash Ali was a journeyman 20 years ago and is now 53 years old, how the hell can this fight be licensed? I think this sums up everything that is wrong with boxing today.
Who cares? They are both journeymen, let them earn some money. Its not like anyone is taking that title seriously.

Holy ****. I knew I vaguely recalled the name Bash Ali from somewhere, so I checked boxrec as I knew he was a boxer from a long time ago. This is ****ed up. When Ali had his first fight, Bobby Gunn was four years old.
To be fair, Ali does have the better record since 1996...undefeated at 20-0 (18.), while Gunn has gone 10-2-1-1NC (10) in that time. :yep
