Been training and on diet since beggining of April, weight has dropped from 105k to 88k at the moment. My body fat is sitting between 19-20% depending on my hydration level. Im happy with my weight now but would still like to reduce body fat although for the last 2 weeks it has stayed the same even though my training is still the same.

Running 3 mornings a week, one 2.3mile run fast pace, one 3.7mile run with hills medium pace and a 5 mile run.

Gym 3 afternoons a week doing interval training on bike, crosstrainer, weights machines (all body parts) and some bag work.

    1 hour 5 a side football a week

    1 hour boxing/thai boxing training a week.

Diets clean 90% of the time, i like the odd beer and curry at the weekend.
I cant dedicate any more time to training due to family and work commitments, i take a no carbs, low calories protein shake after every training session.

Any experts help me on reducing my body fat?

Cut out that protein shake it will not help you at all and is full of ****. Cut out that beer on the weekend one late night a weekruins your entire weeks efforts. It takes like 2 hours running to run off a pint of beer. Can you not go boxing more times a week. If you can do that instead of 5 a side and the gym and you will drop that body fat in no time. Sprint lamppost to lamppost and jog the next then sprint gotta push yourself to lose weight it wont happen by accident bro.

    Keep at it.

5 a sides is more a social thing i do with my m8s although now im able to compete rather than just make up the numbers. At start of my weight loss i was loosing muscle rather than fat thats why i started the protein shake, i was also taking amino acid tablets for a while although i never seen any benefit from them worth the £25 i paid.

You should not have to drink protein if your diet is good. How can a drink be better than pure meat? You don't know what is in them drinks full of e numbers. Think about it why would you drink meat? There is nothing but **** in them to make it into a drink when it is 100x better to have the real thing. Dont be lazy and cook. Youll save money and know for sure whats going in your body. Simples.

if ur seeing diminishing returns mix up your training and dont forget to progressive overload by increasing times, distance, resistance etc

Nothing wrong with protein shakes after a workout especially while on a calorie deficit as this will reduce likely hood of catobolism. As for it taking 2 hours to run off the calories in a pint, either you run slower than I walk or your idea of a pint is much larger than mine, because I easily burn about a 1000 calories on a 2 hour run which for me would be about 15 miles.

But I do agree about the lamp post sprints, interval training has been shown to be very effective at increasing metabolic rate post exercise for over 20 hours. So would be beneficial in reducing body fat.

I had mine measured at a gym with the electronic thing that just goes through both hands. It was 15 something % the first time and 16 something % the second time.

I dont think it was that accurate because I figure I must be closer to 20%

NONE of what you said makes sense... how do you figure because its in a liquid form its better or worse then a solid? you do know whats in them...if you take time to READ THE FOOD LABEL. oh and WHEY protein is one of the best protiens you can have post workout as it is the fastest absorbing protien, youll surely feed your muscle RIGHT after they need it rather then waiting an hour to go home and cook a meal.

Actually those things are fairly accurate we had one at school and it was only about .25% off mine when I went and got it officially done at a clinic. Than again I was less than 5% so that .25 did represent about 5% error.
