    I'm 5'6 155 (after a sweat) and my bf% is 11.

Yeah I would say 5'6 126 is outrageously small....

I don't understand why people have this thing where they have to assume they have such low body fat. Bodybuilders during competition are 5-6% and that's with the help of drugs, extreme diet and a lot of training.

I've heard people make this claim just because they have half defined abs...

Bruce Lee wasn't really that defined. He only really looked defined when he tensed up and lets face it he was tensing a lot for the camera. Take a look at this pic where he's relaxed. As a random guess probably about 8-10%bf.

ANND body fat % really has little relevance to boxing. Like virus said too everyone who gets slightly defined these days claim they have like 2-3 % BF and its bollocks.

Without being too over the top, when i was in my best shape i was very "ripped" by BF was still probably more like 8-10 probably higher! But the truth is i never had it worked out properly (not those cheapo electronic machines that claim to do it either) so i honestly dont know!

What does it really matter? You know if you look in good shape or not and more "feeling" good rather than looking it would be more important to boxing

Yeah those machines are terrible. My girlfriend bought me an expensive one for my Birthday and even just by the information I was inputting into the machine I could tell it was completely useless. Depending on my activity level setting or how hydrated I was my body fat would vary 2-4%. Complete waste of money.

3% body fat is essential to life, a doctor saying he had 1% makes the guy an idiot.

Either way I very much doubt he went below 8% body fat.

I;d say he was at 3 or 4, by looking at pictures of him. (I posted earlier that mine was 6 but I think it's more 8-10).

There are pictures of Bruce in 'The Art of Expressing the Human Body' that show him with so little bodyfat. Posting pictures of him when he was about 150lbs or a little more doesn't have anything to do with the time when he was around 130lbs or possibly slightly less.

No point telling you you're wrong again, being 14 years old and a boxer you obviously know more than me and my couple of years as a fitness instructor, 8 years training and years of learning. I give up.

Well how when a man loses well over a stone in weight, some being muscle but alot being fat, not get a decreased bodyfat %? It's noticable in pictures!

'By the time of 'Enter the Dragon', Bruce Lee had lost considerable body fat: His chest measuremen was down to 33.5 inches (normal) and 38 inches (expanded), at a bodyweight of 125lbs, and his waist was only 26 inches.' - The Art of Expressing the Human Body.

He had a bodyweight of between 140lbs and 150lbs at times, how can you compare this with the time when his bodyweight was 125lbs?

Proves nothing. Just because somebody is stick thin doesn't mean they have a low body fat.

I'm telling you, it's extremely difficult to get to 6% body fat and below, to maintain it is dangerous and pointless unless you're a bodybuilder training for a show. Most models today i.e. Men's Health models, have to cut down to 8% and maintain it for a few days for their photoshoot then gain the weight back.

You thinking you can maintain 3-4% body fat for day to day life just shows you don't have a clue.

    There's nothing to argue.

Ok, maybe I was wrong with that figure. But you just proved that you don't have a clue. You refer to Bruce Lee as just stick thin? Be serious, the guy could do things that were crazy for a person of his weight, he was extremely strong and powerful.
