You you worked out these percentages how? What gave it away that you were are 6% body fat? Like I said, so many people underestimate their body fat because they can see a bit of definition.
Like this man says, yes you are giving somthing away if not i can guarantee you werent 6% bodyfat just because you had abs. skin type, water retention and how full your muscles may or may not be with glycogen. all these things play a part in how you look at any given time without regarding actual bodyfat % as a factor (to an extent), maybe you have good skin or dont retain much water, but you where not 6% bodyfat trust me. to sum it up, top level professional bodybuilders would brag they are 4-5% bodyfat to try and get a mental edge over other competitors before a show, these are guys that can get in condition and know their body in and out year round infact doing it for a living or just a hobby, a very serious one. in realty most of these bodybuilders are probably 5-6% bodyfat onstage its the dryness that results from dieuretics that makes the biggest difference in how ripped they look not so much the bf % also a lot of them would be like zombies for it barely able to hold their attention long enough for a simple conversation due to the intense dieting, ive seen it with my own eyes at that bodyfat your good for nothing end of, plus im probably about 15% bodyfat and i have visible abs so being able to see your abs/***** does not make you 4% BF lol..
I agree but I know my ****. BF calipers, special scale (pretty much useless)and of course the good ol mirror test as well as OP best guesses (one was a 4 time mr.canada so Im prrreetttyy sure he knew what he was talking about). Im a "Fitness Leadership" (2 year fitness diploma course) student in college and the caliper readings came from my instructor and colleagues when we were doing our bf% testing labs. I had veins popping out in my abs (which I never saw before) and the split down the abs went all the way down but it wasnt as pronounced as higher up of course. My instructor was "concerned" that I had body image issues until I explained I was getting to a certain weight class for an upcoming tournament lol. I could care less what I look like as long as I perform to my expectations, and dropping fat instead of muscle makes it easier to do that.
Lol, whatever. I guess you know it all huh? without pics or ever meeting me. Fitness/Sports has always been my life and Im making a career out of it. I know my body, I used to BB in highschool, basketball, cross country running, sprinting, gymnastics, blah blah blah, Ive tried every modality in the book or close to. I know how my body reacts to it so I know how to get the desired results from it. Dont be hating cuz you dont have the discipline to pull it off.
Its ok i accept you now... but still i doubt you where 6% bodyfat while doing the types of sports you claim without the use of drugs end of, if you have lived your life the way you say then you would know how rediculous it is to think you can box or do anything requiring any sort of physical strength or mental willing while at 6% bf, but whatever, i guess your not used to being challenged so ill just say yes, yes, yes.. your right. that better? im guessing thats what you wanted from this thread? or did u want an actual discussion?
