You are such a failure at trying to mock people. It is pitiful.

Really depends on the type of jab being used a stiff power jab like Ike Quartey, Cotto and Golovkin should count as much as a power shot.

But a pawing/Range finder/ touch jab/ set up jab obviously shouldn't count as much as a power shot though.

Many ways to use a jab but it really depends on the force behind it, to whether or not it equals a power shot.

I was only using Ike Quartey, GGG and Cotto as examples of fighters who use power jabs, but a stiff/power jab should count as much as a power shot but Lara didn't throw many of those type of jabs.

Ike Quartey is probably the best example of someone who uses a power jab.

I think the word "effective" punching is everything here.

Effective body punching can be just as devastating as effective head punching, and often does set up head punching.. If a fighter is hurting enough to leave his head open, that should tell you something.

It is a basic in boxing, and is a scoring punch.

Sometimes I tend to not count sneaky body shots while a ref is yelling break when scoring a fight...

But when I see someone wincing from a body shot and I can tell it is making them think twice, it counts just as much as a hard head shot.

Perfect example of how dominating in the category of hard body punching can win you a fight.

Lomachenko landed huge body shots along with head shots, he used lateral movement, Lara only ran, did not fight. Two judges gave Salido points for landing punches on Lomachenko's legs, balls, hips, hitting on the break and after the bell, Alvarez' punches were legal and they were hard, you could hear them, one left uppercut did more damage than all of Lara's baby punches put together.................

when your opponent run faster in the late rounds than the previous, you know you aint landing those body shots.

drainelo need to stop punching air and start focusing on that body more.
