    who else could he fight at 147 he just whooped the champ and p4p 3 in bradley and mayweather is running so he wants to break in garcia at 140 or 147 if he wants to go up so whats wrong with that?

    I thought he can't fight Al Haymon fighters? He's pursuing Vargas, Crawford and Garcia are rumored. So why doesn't he move down to 135 if it's so easy?
