sounds like i gotta hit the track for the long run. that may be my problem cause my weight gain has only been really recent and its been around the time i switched from moderate distance to short HIIT(cause i keep hearing that boxing is 80%anarobic and 20% aerobic) But i guess ill switch back if it will help my weight. I still cant explain my insane appetite, thats only been like the last month and a half, does anybody get SUPER hungry out ofno where for no reason? I was as low as 143 once in Jan after a workout, but why would i just feel like i havent eaten in 3 days, right after i ate like 4 lbs of food?CRAZY munchies...
