Meh, I have high insertions so I have a fairly decent 'peak'. I actually train biceps and abs at the same time since I find both too boring to do at once :yep Also, can't see **** captain.
I hate training abs! I enjoy everything else but abs are effort, I don't think you need to work them much anyway if your squatting and have a decent diet.
I hate biceps too tbh. I guess its because all you can really do for biceps is a variation of curls which is boring as hell. I've just added some bicep, tricep and ab work to see what happens. I love the burn you get from working triceps though.
I only muscle group I hate training is legs, it tires me more than any other group and I feel awful during and after. I train biceps with my back, then again on a tricep day, I tend to train ab's 4 times a week now, just small routines but it works well. I tried a Ronnie Coleman Pre-workout as I was getting lethargic in the gym, worked well, but I decided to stay clear of pre-workouts a little longer and see if I naturally overcome things. Diet has been, clean eating Tuesday to Friday evening, then weekend do what I like. I lose 6lbs gain 6lbs so I am just maintaining without the pressure of not enjoying things here. Sadly I missed all the competitions here and the next is in March when I leave!
I'm staying away from pwo's. I have no ****ing idea what any of the ingredients are, could be crushed birth control pills in there for all I know. I'm fine without them anyway.
I never touch pre-workouts, I just don't feel the need to be stimmed out of my mind to train; I train because I enjoy it. At the moment all I'm 'taking' is creapure creatine. Deload week for me this week, going to ues mainly blood-flow restriction training.
Pre workout are probably only needed if you keep odd hours. Bit gutted I went to that comp and it got cancelled due to there only being 4 people wanting to do it, bit unfair on the owner. Just got dominos in, 328 carbs 125g protein! Split into two meals. My bench form is ****, can't get out of the habit of straightening my arms.
I love the 'tingles'. I've just finished reading Lyle McDonald's book on bromocriptine, I'm thinking of acquiring some. For such a low side effect drug, it seems like it could be very useful when dieting.
