    What brand creapure creatine? I ordered the one from myprotein a few days ago, think its their own brand...

    Oh and I'm thinking of starting yoga NO HOMO. My flexibility is quite frankly embarrassing. I used to be able to do all sorts of **** when I was younger, now I can't even touch my toes with my legs straight.

    Should read his book on it, it's not just good for information on bromocriptine itself, but also gives good information on things such as leptin (incredibly interesting hormone).

    It's not magic, but it seems like it may help with certain things that occur during dieting.

    Separated my shoulder and broke my collarbone last night. Won't be able to go to the gym or boxing gym for a good few months i think. Which ****ing pisses me off.

    You guys are gona take the **** but my foot got caught on the bottom rope of the ring and i tripped forwards as i was getting out after sparring.

    Meh. We've all done worse. I hit myself in the face with some scissors coz my hand slipped and I have a scar on my chin from it. **** happens.

    Ha, that'd be pretty ****in funny to see. Gutted for you though, maybe just do some legs and abs and jogging so you don't lose all your progress.

    Did deadlifts using the rack pull/car lift machine today. So much easier to go heavy but I'm wondering if it'll help me get my deads up?

    I saw this at my gym, I only used it for shrugs so far, I'd stick to normal dead lifts unless you're feeling pain and just want to take it easy but go through the motions.
