Anglo, people have critqued you before and you just get pissed off. Here is serious critque:

You should have dieted for longer, slower and you would of looked much better on stage. Your physique isn't dog-**** and anybody that says it is, is just trying to wind you up; but you do have glaring weaknesses. Spend a long time bulking slowly to ensure minimal fat gain, sort your form out, get on a good training programme and I guarantee if you come and post pictures again in a year, you will look much better. If you can swallow your pride and genuinely want to improve, feel free to message me for a discussion.

As for the second paragraph, self-esteem issues are ****ing HUGE in the bodybuilding communitee, it's why most people even start lifting!

People enjoy winding you up because you bite so easily. Like in this thread, all I was saying is that it seems like you try to portray yourself as completely drug free, when that's not the case, you got upset so I just ran with it and trolled you for a while :yep

Listen to how insecure you are, it's all about what other people think with you. Why don't you stop taking pictures of yourself and start training to get a place at a comp, no one can argue with a ribbon or whatever you get.
The reason why you can't stick to anything and achieve anything is because you have such a limited view of yourself, you just want to portray an image instead of enjoying anything and doing it for yourself.
All you portray is insecurity and a lack of confidence. If you get a paid shoot in a magazine, a place at a bodybuilding comp or compete in a boxing match I'll be the first one to congratulate you. You've claimed all those things and achieved none of them. Get off the internet and away from the mirror, life is short and your hairline indicates that you're getting no younger.

lol it's like 2am in Australia on a Friday night, while other people Leftys age are partying and hooking up with chicks, he is switching through accounts trying to justify his existence and attempting to feel better about himself by taking inaccurate shots at bodybuilder models. Funny thing, if you look at my hairstyle, if I were losing it I couldn't have my style.

Epic win again. Add to the fact I have done both magazines and I am now coming out on a Romance novel cover:deal lol Poor Lefty all this stalking, all this time and completely hopeless.

JDSM I told you, I competed 6 months after I started training, I did lose mass when I dieted which was frustrating but unavoidable, I couldn't enter on mass alone so I went with conditioning which was spot on. I already have an amazing body so I don't need to worry I just have to tweak a few areas and I am good. But I will agree with you on a slow bulk.

Exactly, my top half winners medal.:deal

  5. You all look average. Your physique is massively disproportioned so while you may be toned have big arms and visible abs it still looks wierd, like I said I know people who don't even diet properly and look better than you.

  7. Honestly I really do anglo, I don't wanna come across as being a bully because I'm not, the only reason I'm being harsh is due to the way you carry yourself, plenty of people have 6 packs and big arms but they don't post pictures posing and they dont react like a ***** when they don't hear what they want all the time.

You can't tell me any of those guys won? Surely those medals are just for competing. I've seen guys who focus on aerobic conditioning look better than that sorry lot. Even for absolute novices they don't look like bodybuilders. You probably look the best out of that lot and that's saying something.

I respect what he did but...

Anglo most here have the same goal, you did really well IMO but one thing you need to do is listen to people, if people have weak points and people point them out, don't take it as an attack, take it as them helping you to better the weak points you can't see yourself.

    Cutt
Anglos has done well and does listen when talking real training

He did very well in that comp IMO

The one thing I would really like Anglo is a fight !

White collar against a novice whatever, 3 x 2 min rounds

I would like to see how you can handle that one

  13. He'd be destroyed by anyone with an inch of coordination and technique, he weighs like 14stone yet looks like a middleweight he'd get completely tooled.

I dunno about that. His chest was pointed out as a weak spot and he should have said thanks and just worked on it rather than posting a million pics trying to disagree by arguing. I think Anglos physique was great near the contest. A bit of modesty would go a long way though.

Jdsm I will be your friend if you want mate

Anglo you've mentioned your boxing career before I was just interested in knowing your record etc. Did you have any pro fights?

Also you definitely look the best out of those guys but in fairness I have mates who looked better than a few of them at 18.
