Your welcome, and in regards to resting muscle groups, I never had better results and I was given this advice by a Mr Britain, also some quick googling gives this too: http://worldfitnessnetwork.com/the-truth-about-muscle-recovery-time-short-version/ At the end of the day try my advice, and hopefully you will gain your own experience and start to see how you respond to things and you can determine what your body reacts to, maybe it's as i say or it will differ.
