You should think about getting one of Ross' books. They dont require much equipment and they will teach you how to set up a good program with whatever you have available. Infinite Intensity incorporates bodyweight/sandbag/medicine ball and dumbells: http://www.rosstraining.com/infiniteintensity.html Never Gymless uses bodyweight and maybe some bands: http://www.rosstraining.com/nevergymless.html I have both and i highly recomend them.
atsch He is a newcomer to exercise, lets take it that he eats like a normal human being. By training reguarly he will develop more functional mass. By not training he won't. ****ing annoying.
****ing baby. Yea clearly thats what you meant. :-( You said "if your training, your always building muscle." No the hell you aren't. Even if you are eating like a "normal human being."
This is true. You might find you can do four pull ups (proper ones) in the first week of exercise, and by the next week you can do six. That's not really any gain in muscle strength, it's just getting used to using the muscles.
Start with the basic pushups, pullups, squats. Then evolve each one of those exercises to the point that you could do them with one arm or leg. The more simplified a workout is for a beginner and the more frequently you do it - the more likely you will be able to succeed and progress.
