HI!I want to plan a basic bodyweight routine,but there are things to know.First of all i only have 2 days for that.I dont know if its enough 2 days for a full body routine. Other thing i want to know is if its better to do brakes in between exercises or circuit becouse i need to increase the number of reps .:?
i usually do press ups, pull up, dips, than ab work. as much as i can with 1 break. but i do this sometimes [ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oVRDcGT37Ys[/ame] then ab work. usually 3x3 minute rounds.
This workout is pretty intense. Especially if you dont the that kind of excercises all the time. :good
yeh lots of good circuit training at the gym, can get quite hard but when i do this workout i do take a few minutes between exercises, just too recover.
