    Damn, Smoger'll ref anything, lol.

As far as Dinu, he's not terrible. It looks like he's got as firm grasp of the fundamentals. Beyond that, I don't really see anything special...

Maybe you should watch more of his fights. He looks about the worst I've ever seen him here. Probably he didn't take it very seriously, and just wanted to get in a little practice.

This guy is absolutely the goods. He's like a larger version of Golovkin & Kovalev. Balance, ring smarts, footwork, massive power in both hands, an aggressive nature but still patient ....

Sadly, he has a really good day job (with the police, or military, or something) so he doesn't train much. That's probably also why no major management company has taken him on. Why invest time & money in a guy who may walk away at any time?

Sad. This guy could have REALLY shaken up the HW division.

    Indeed. ^^

I know there's a coupla people high on this guy, but I just don't see anything that special. Yeah, OK so there's a vid of him putting an unspectacular beating on a kickboxer, hell, in the second vid he gets the win cos his opponent sprains his wrist on the or summit! He'll have do do a lot better before I'm jumping on.

Who cares? He didn"t lose any pro fight. This guy isn't even active and fighting like this. He destroyed Bahoéli in Canada.

Yesterday is by far the worst Dinu has ever looked.

...and yes, Bigger's Better matches have traditionally been officially sanctioned pro bouts. Why do some of you think otherwise?

Off the top of my head, Airich vs. Cetinkaya was a Quarterfinal in BB and it appears on both their records. :conf

Most of the fighters don't have a pro boxing licenses, of course Airich and Cetinkaya do. Hence, I assume, why boxrec recognises that one in particular.

Out of Constantin Bejenaru s record, all the bouts won in this tournament and that once appeared on boxrec have vanished into thin air.

My understanding has always been that all the crossover kickboxing/MMA/Muay Thai/strongman guys were all considered to be making their officially recognized pro debuts. It used to be so. Did it change? :huh

EuroSport has always treated it as legit pro boxing, no less so than Prizefighter.

They have Smoger. They have ringside physicians. Three judges, ten point must system, three minute rounds, regulation gear and rings...

What isn't legit about it? Is it the event itself not being licensed by a local commission? The individual competitors without previous experience? In either case - why not? :huh Why should they not be licensed?

    :?

I assume you need the correct medicals and stuff to be given a boxing license. Whilst most of these guys could have one, it appears that they don't.

    To quote a boxrec editor

To quote Jon (the guy behind boxrec)
So are still in the database but that's due to an issue with the editors or something.

a manager is not nescessary....if he's astute enough, it's better he just manage himself and save him that 30%.

what he needs is a promotional contract, if he doesn't have one yet.
