Bogdan Marius Dinu is a 6'5 28 year old Heavyweight with an 11-0 7 KO's record. Born in Buzău which is located in the region of Wallachia, in Romania lies just south of the legendary Carpathian Mountains of Dracula fame. Dinu who turned pro in 2008 is also a part time SIIAS Agent which means basically he's a SWAT Team Cop in Romania. Bogdan is a big intimidating looking compact muscular Heavyweight machine. Of all of the unknown HW's in Europe he may have the most potential. He has power in both hands, good jab fairly athletic for a big guy, he may make to the top 10 maybe even be a contender in a year or 2. So Check Out Bogdan The Impaler brutalize some bums.(Varcolac is Romanian for Werewolf):toney:toney:toney:toney

    He's a talented heavyweight.

It would have been better if he'd fought more regularly during the past several years, he seemed to regress from inactivity and poor opposition.

We have been waiting for his career to take off for years.

fortunately, he finally has a new trainer and base of operation sin Canada. If all goes well, this man will be a champ. Solid amateur and after all of these years he is only 28. For a heavy of his size, that is a baby.

Actually Buzau is in the county of Buzau.....you are referencing historical information. You also left out the part were he disgraced his country by getting a AIBA lifetime ban by shoplifting the first time he was in the USA competing for the World Championship

Yeah he has/had decent potential, unfortunately he pissed away most of his 20's being inactive and fighting undercards in Romania with no promoter. Being with Interbox, they'll probably just hide him in Montreal and Romania as long as they can like they always do.

I like Dinu, but he has to work on his accuracy once he steps up. If he can improve that I expect him to do pretty well in the post Klitschko era.

Dinu returns to the ring in less than 2 weeks against Mickael Vieira :deal

Finally building up a bit of momentum. 2015 will be a good year for him.

KO1 for Dinu. One of the best kept secrets in the HW division is finally getting his act together.

The question is, will Interbox get their act together and find good opponents for him or just hide him in the Bell Centre like they did with his countrymen.

You butthurt that I've followed this guy years before you dug him up on Boxrec and assigned him one of your lame nicknames based on cursory research of Wikipedia?

Oh but wait, he's an unproven prospect that you like so, its perfectly fine that I did a thread on him Right?
Why don't you try giving some of the other guys that I make threads about a chance before kneejerk writing them off like you do so frequently, and maybe I've only known about Dinu for a year and a half, but at least I thought enough about him to make a thread promoting him that's been seen by 457 people thus far and gives idiots like you a place to come to and discuss his accomplishments.

I know I'm nothing special, but at least I'm trying to get people interested in the sport beyond Mayweather and Pacquiao, if that means I have to use idiotic carnival barker names to get their attention then what's wrong with that, it helps get people more interested in the sport we both supposedly love.

And for the record I love Romanian folklore I have since I was a child, same goes for most other European Folklore, I don't have to look this stuff up on Wikipedia, I've written a few horror film scripts while I'm not on this site, that's another passion of mine.

There's been plenty of threads about Dinu over the years on ESB, many with my posts on them, so you're not bringing light to anything at all.

When did I say that I like him? When did I say I like this thread? :huh

With that aside, it's fun winding you up :stir
