I'm no Floyd hater, I think he has some of the best talent I have seen in a ring. If anything I think it's a great shame he has retired.

How the hell can you guys say he's a waste of talent when he's done things no one else has done. He's accomplished so much. I dont hear anybody really picking on Tyson, Judah, Spadafora. PBF's name comes up and everybody wants to pick on him. WTF?

This whole thread was just another thread to pick on Floyd. Even though the title didnt have his name in it, this thread was made for PBF haters to come together and chat. Bunch of haters here.

your completley wrong about Mayweather being a waste of talent.. I dont see how being p4p number 1 being a champion in 5 different weight classes is a waste of talent...

He wanted the big fights in the past and it was other fighters that backed out. I dont think he really is a waste of talent, just that mabie he could of had a few more big fights in his prime. Lets say he had lost a few fights, retired early or not had any big fights then yeah you could say its a waste.

I think people have differnet interpretations of what a waste of talent is.

I think you're missing the point entirely. Nobody is knocking his accomplishments, they are merely saying he could have gone further.

Surely you know this? You must know he could have beaten Cotto, Margo and Williams. Is that not achieving more than he did when he retired? Even just 1 or 2 of those guys and 50% more people would regard Floyd as one of the best there ever was.

But instead you think we're hating on Floyd? You're blinded.

Theres awkward wording to this thread. People are naming fighters who had the potential to do more but were still great fighters and arent really naming fighters that were a complete waste of talent, or is that the same thing?

RJJ was P4P #1 for like 10 yrs, he also the only man in history to become MW, LHW, and HW champ of the world, his problem is/was he is to proud to admit that he should hang it up.

I know. Saying he's not a top 20 ATG isnt as bad as saying he's a waste of talent, so I'm not even gonna argue with you about that. But I'm not on anyones nuts, but theres just alot of PBF haters on this site. Ppl just look for ways to talk about him all day. Man cant even retire in peace.

PBF is this generations best fighter ... there's no way that 5-divisions, 3-linear titles, 6 world championship straps, and an undefeated record is a waste of talent.

Benjiabc ... you're a well known hater ... or you're mad at Floyd because he retired and you miss him.
