I think it's more realistic that Trump deletes his Twitter account than BJS will ever be top-3 p4p boxer

Watched a few of his training vids lately - his feet are poetry in motion. He has a better chance than most to fire up the p4p list. I know it's a huge if, but if he clearly beats GGG and Canelo, then it's going to be difficult for anyone to be rated higher..

Lomachenko's footwork is the best in boxing today, perhaps ever!!!!!!! Saunders has had many chances to fight Golovkin, but when the time came, he ran...................Golovkin does not just walk in, Golovkin does not just follow his opponent around the ring, he cuts off the ring and that's what he would do to Saunders. Saunders does not have the power to hurt Golovkin, Golovkin would walk right through his pitty pat punches and murder him.................Golovkin is not Lemieux................

You need a Costco sized tube of Preparation H to take the edge of your attitude sonny!!
    How so ?
Lose the edge sonny & maybe people here will treat you with a little more respect...

A paper title that GGG has repeatedly states he wants...

    Who else then?

Quinlan? A guy who couldn't beat Andy lee.....
Fletcher? A guy who was undefeated when BJS took him out in 2, but went 5 with Jacobs despite being washed up?

Jacobs never had to fight a guy at the level of BJS before he fought GGG.....
So BJS doesn't have to fight Jacobs first.

    @IsaL

As for you calling me a 'BJS fan', i've never watched the guy box with the exception of watching the replay of the Lemieux fight.

He's also a member of the travelling community. A community which is treated by distain by the vast majority of non-travellers within the UK.

So to label me a 'fan', as if that is somehow a way of claiming me to be biased, is just ludicrous.

If Jacobs deserved a shot at GGG because he beat Mora/Quillan/Fletcher/Truax

BJS deserves one for beating CEJ/Lee/WMJr/Lemieux

You make things up,I ain’t ever said GGG and Canelo are ducking him but to be sure Saunders would be all wrong for Canelo.
You just make things up,how can that be ok.

Why do some guys have to prove themselves over an entire career (See Winky Wright) while others get title shots right off the bat (Canelo Alvarez for ex). Because this isn't a sport anymore, it's a business with a little sport in it.

Here's the thing, BJS could have had 3G before Jacobs. He declined. And Jacobs got his shot due to his being the WBA titlist (Fought for vacant title though...versus a less than stellar MW)

Believe me, I know what you mean about all this. Boxing is a sport you have to be a superstar to make money at, and to get regular title shots. And who becomes a superstar is almost arbitrary.

Don't get me wrong, you are right about jacobs. But there's no rules as to who has to fight who first. Not anymore. Boxing is 80% business, 20% sport now. Big reason why it's popularity dwindles every year.

BJS did say that he lost his Feel ( as in Usyk type feel) so maybe this new found Feel helps him think he is ready for GGG. I think it will be an interesting fight . GGG will have to work him & I think he will. Have to agree that BJS would really frustrate GGG & Alvarez, if GGG did not beat Alvarez convincingly then BJS has no chance...by that I mean the Judges cards !

BJS didn't want GGG or Canelo because he wasn't in shape, mentally or physically, and has admitted multiple times in the past that GGG would, in BJS's own words, "Destroy me".

BJS isn't the type of guy willing to get in the ring just for a paycheque, if he was, he would've taken the GGG fight when it was offered.....like every single GGG opponents has.

BJS doesn't now believe he is in the right shape to challenge GGG, he knows he's in the right shape to beat GGG.

If avoiding a fight because you know you're not in the right shape to compete is considered 'ducking', i'd rather take a 'duck' than a 'dive'.

Im not arguing exclusively with you, Both you and CST80 seem to agree with each other and are both giving each other kuddos as you attemtp to debate with me. However CST80 did make that claim multiple times and Im fairly certain you liked his post.

One thing is certain, BJS has ducked two fighters, Canelo has ducked none, and I doubt GGG is worried about BJS.

Suggesting every opponent took a paycheck fight is ridiculous. "All or nothing" comments have no place in a real discussion. Besides, that comment is just an attempt to be condescending.

BJS had his chance. If BJS isn't there mentally or physically, that's his own problem. Drop the belt then, take time off and get well. He seemed up and ready to face two guys 3G beat instead.

Wow, see one fight and now you're an expert on his situations, mentally and physically?
