Would have thought the PIF is a more prestigious and credible buyer. The Saudi reputation in the broadcasting world is still mud after the beoutQ fiasco. Having their major sovereign wealth fund buy a major global broadcaster - one who pays major rights fees to the likes of UEFA, La Liga, Serie A, Premier League etc across major markets - would surely help with that.
