There were few alarms in Bolton on Friday as both Commonwealth lightweight champion Amir Khan and challenger Graham Earl weighed inside the championship limit. Khan, making the second defence of his Commonwealth crown, looked focused as he hit the scales at nine stone eight and a half pounds. Earl was fractionally lighter at just a shade over nine stone eight pounds. Both fighters briefly posed for a head to head in front of a fans and the cameras. There was none of the bad blood on display that had been a feature of the build up to the fight. ITV1 will screen tomorrow's contest from the Bolton Arena, which is also the day of Khan's 21st birthdasy. In the chief support, Commonwealth light-heavyweight champion Dean Francis weighed 12 stone five and a half pounds. Michael Gbenga, who has an official 16-2 record and not the 5-2 slate as reported earlier, weighed the same. http://www.frankwarren.tv/drill/New.../text-bolton-weights.html?13,28,19,17,09,2007
