    Theoretically, the next fight will be Arreola. - But Chisora would be good too.


    Both men are tough bulldogs that like to get inside & pressure their opponents, which is what we all want to see Wilder face.

    I suspect Arreola (despite his performance against Stiverne) would have a better chance of landing some points. - Assuming he can get insdie before Wilder takes his head off.

    Wilder would stop Chisora, this guy wont have problems with smaller opponents his style is all wrong for them

    Chisora is better than Arreola, imo, but Arreola would be a much better fight for Wilder to take right now.

    That is not a gimme fight, despite Arreola having never beaten a true solid contender.

    Chisora is 17-4 who's never beaten a top HW, why should Wilder beating him be some accomplishment? :think

    Chisora would be lightyears ahead of anyone else on Wilder's resume as far as quality goes. All Wilder has fought to date are bums, journeymen and hasbeens. Chisora is a gate-keeper, a legitimate world level fighter not quite good enough to win the world title but good enough to be competitive, and Wilder beating him would prove his credentials for world level and give him legitimacy as a prospect that he still lacks.

    Wilder hasn't beat anybody close to resembling a top heavyweight, Chisora has the better resume of both by far

    I think this would be a 50/50 fight.


    Chisora is battle-tested as much as any fighter today. But he is also lacking in technique, plus he has little power. He himself was also stopped by Haye.

    Chisora would be Wilder's best win by far if he managed it

    that said, it is unknown how Wilder copes with pressure and the fact that Chisora will not fall over after the first right hand lands

    Haye hits way harder than Wilder....know how I can tell? He's actually knocked out GOOD fighters, Malik Scott had far better technique than Wilder, Chisora quickly had him looking for the exit route, Americans are truly truly desperate for that next heavyweight hope eh? I would support a good American fighter if he was..you know..actually GOOD and not painfully over-protected, if Wilder had Furys resume, then we would be talking

    I honestly don't know about that.


    Haye is my favorite heavyweight fighter, by the way. But I'm not ready to totally dismiss the notion that Wilder punches harder than him.

    p4p he definately does, h2h I think he still does, he has only been taken the distance in his victories by two men, the iron chinned warrior:

    and Valuev, and he rocked both men badly, even in his loss to Carl Thompson he had Thompson stumbling all over the place doing silly dances, the only man Haye has never even properly rocked is Wlad, because frankly his performance was pathetic in that fight


    Can you honestly name me ONE of Wilders opponents Haye wouldn't finish quickly?

    Well, they only have one common opponent. And since my niece could probably rick him with a jab, he wouldn't really be a good indicator.


    But we know one thing for sure, it took him one clean shot to get it done tonight. So I don;t se how you can definitively say one way or another.


    By the way, I think Haye may have hurt Wlad slightly in the 12th.. But that's an entirely different debate.
