Marciano's stamina was never proven against a modern class heavyweight and he was usually fighting older men in his big fights.I never compared his stamina to Tyson's at any time.I don't think his stamina was any better than Ali's or Fraziers anyway they were fighting at a faster pace.Marciano was arm weary in a couple of fights, don't try to make him into this "god of war".
. Tyson was 219 for Smith which is the comparison we are interested in. Make Marciano188 if you want, that's still 45lbs less than Smith weighed for the Tyson fight.45lbs of muscle and 6 inches in height,is a hell of a lot to give away.
Marciano never weighed anywhere near that for a major fight. He came in in the mid to high 180's because that was the optimum weight for him.
Marciano fought at a faster pace than Ali most certainly. It's crazy how you'll describe him as an attrition puncher then say his pace wasn't even high. Hypocritical. Marciano was never arm weary, he swung nearly a hundred times against Charles in the 15th. That's after 42 minutes of a grueling fight. His conditioning knew no equal at heavyweight
And past prime high mileage Charles was still there with him. I do consider Marciano an attrition puncher and so did Moore and Lastarza. He generally wore his opponents down.
You've literally changed the subject because I debunked you on the grounds of stamina. I never brought up Charles 1 to attest to his power, I brought it up to attest to his stamina, and you avoided the subject matter entirely by going after his power You can't just go "lol but past prime (subjective) and small". It's incredible how you'll bring literally EVERYTHING into question due to the size of his opponents. Could you go back to just questioning his chin against larger men? Where you at least had some semblance of a point?
