Haven't read it, but what could it possibly contain that you can' find elsewhere for free? He would probably recommend higher cost foods as well than what you could make on your own. Want to lose weight? Stick to home cooked meals, eating under 10-15% your TDEE about0.7-0.8g/lb of protein, 0.5g/lb fat, rest with complex carbs.
