The new WBA Ratings came out last night (March 31).

Deontay Wilder leapfrogs from #3 over #2 Martin Bakole to the vacant #1 contender spot.

Shelley Finkel ... working them phones. Now, it's up to Dubois to take the "step aside."

And Usyk vs. Wilder is the mandatory fight.;)

If Wilder kos Usyk it will make Fury look really bad.

If Wilder KOs Usyk, it's going to make a lot of people look bad ... but the only one it won't make look bad is Fury.;)

Why? Fury knocked out Wilder. If Wilder knocks out Usyk, people will start talking that Fury is better than Usyk.

Wilder will duck Usyk with a fake injury imo. Usyk would finish Wilders career of one trick pony.

Wilder vs. Usyk is actually the most intriguing heavyweight match-up that I would be excited to see. Complete clash of styles, and anyone who says that Wilder would be an easy win for Usyk is sorely mistaken.

Usyk may well box Wilder's socks off 120-108, but Wilder has the athleticism, one-punch power and delusional self-belief that could see him succeed where AJ failed twice.

Would be a great victory for Wilder. He would be a legend not only in US but also Saudi Arabia.
People have soured on Usyk, he has become a symbol of US proxy wars

Wilder will KO usyk...& it doesn't make Fury look bad it's just a loss of a good name on his resume at the hands of an old rival but Wilder still absorbs the risk and makes Fury's life easy. Joyce needs a shot at them belts that's all that matters over the next 12 months

The only thing Fury & Usyk are concerned about is Usyk getting stripped of his plastic belts ruining "undisputed" they are waiting for Saudi money at of year.

Not that it matters given "undisputed" in its current definition has no value because belts don't matter. It's about best vs best not who holds a plastic belt.

It's up to Wilder & AJ's promoters & the belt mafia to try and ruin everything when they realize Fury & Usyk are locked in. Usyk's team seem extremely relaxed about the fight falling through shows how they think things will pan out in terms of securing Fury because whether anyone likes it or not right now HW boxing is about securing Tyson Fury.

AJ will call Fury out tonight. Joyce will call him out in 2 weeks. Wilder is lining up Tommy Fury...and Usyk is sitting pretty.

I wonder if Warren will let Dubois keep his belt, accept a step-aside fee, let the Usyk-Wilder fight happen and hope Deontay wins to set up a final unification between Fury and Wilder?

Seems like Warren would be helping out both of his boxers if he did. ;)

Doubt it very much. Dubious is the insurance piece to buy them more time to delay out till Winter but there are lots of moving pieces so they have to sit and wait. Ultimately seems like everyone is gunning for Fury so Warren can't lose.

If you step back and ignore all the noise and say where is the money it's clearly Fury AJ & Fury Usyk.

AJ Wilder is a gold mine also but they won't go near one another.

LOL WBA becomes #1 rank for doing **** all. It truly is a joke of a belt.

TBH why not just do away with Dubois and just make Wilder vs Usyk?

If you're going to disregard actual competition, at least do it to make the big fights happen.

Usyk already beat AJ, if Fury cannot be made, then Wilder is the only interesting challenge.
