Booth: Arreola doesn't deserve title fight

Yep, too harsh. In todays HW division he can't be getting too fussy on his selection criteria for Hayes title defences.

 

Shame, the build-up to the fight would be good as they don't seem to like each other at all and Haye would probably get rid of him early on.

 

Vitali doesn't look great in that photo - only decent, which is poor by his standards..... Arreola looks like a whale.

Sorry and all - but he had no right to cry after that beating he got. If he had given himself the best chance to win, given it his all and still been whupped (likely) then fair enough..... but to come in at least 20-25lbs over a reasonable fighting weight and still cry :-(

 

You can't rule out fighters based on how they look

 

Arreola won't even turn up in proper shape, with a proper gameplan for a title fight - he deserves no sympathy.

Arreola bleated that haye didn't deserve a title shot over him, but Haye was unified CW champ - more than Arreola will ever achieve.

 

Yeah right coz Calzaghe looked ripped to bits in his fights didn't he ?

Shut up Booth and concentrate on getting Hayemaker logos on the sole of Davids boots for his Wlad fight :good

Just never had the......muscular development like some of the other fighters, like Lacey or Roy Jones.

Haye should be concentrating on hius chin instead of worrying about how Arreola looks. I gaurantee he wouldn't be able to take what Chris did

Haye's camps mouths are getting too big in my eyes.

How is fighting a done Monty Barrett somehow anyway superior to Arreola or even an Enzo Mac. I'd back fat whale of an Arreola over a nicely toned Enzo Mac. This isn't a body building contest.

 

I genuinely think it is pretty bad. If you want to be a world HW champ, at least ****ing look like one.

 

I agree in a way, but I'd rather a HW champ fought like one.

 

Arreola is all heart,a real fighter.....I think he'd probably knock Haye out.

 

If your referring to Haye, if yu ask me he was doing what had to be done. Possibly would have gotten sparked otherwise, and I hope he wouldn't deploy same tactic on a Klit.
