Low blow isn't only a shot to the nuts. It's a shot below the waist line. Waist line starts at the naval. So, the area that is considered low is pretty wide. To be honest, I just found that out. I just assumed the pubic area or there about was the low area. Learning moment for me.

 

i was unclear of the rule regarding low blows until this week. below the navel is pretty clear. the shot usyk took was below the navel. i learned the hem of the trunks has nothing to do with the foul line.

A potential super fight down the road with Canelo vs Usyk at cruiser weight …. If Canelo ravages Usyk’s body with savage borderline low belt shots he has a good chance of the upset - as the clear A-$ide he would get the benefit of the doubt on the call / non calls.
