Shame Vitali's injuries hold him back so much. I think that's what's keeping this comparison closer in the first place.
Do you not think beating Sanders to decide who was #1 of the division was not significant? Sanders had won a world title not lost in the ring, or beating WBC champion Peters, or beating WBO champion Hide
No I don't think that was a very historically significant win I don't even think Corie Sanders was better than Dillian Whyte It's only significant cause Corie Sanders beat Wladimir Klitschko
Fair enough To each their own Vitali stopped Purrity who stopped Wladimir before Fury fought him Vitali stopped Sanders who stopped Wladimir before Fury fought him. That win also started the new champion of the division I think overall even if not a singular win, Vitali possibly has a greater resume than Bowe and Fury overall But welcome other points of view
Bowe Klitschko V. Fury Klitschko has better numbers than Bowe but Big Daddy has 2 big wins, the first against the undefeated Holyfield and the second is again against The Real Deal, defeated by stoppage. Honestly I think Bowe and Klitschko are not far apart but since for me names count more than numbers I put Bowe first (Vitali was unlucky, injuries kept him out for years). Fury has worse numbers than the other 2 and Wilder is not the prime Evander Holyfield.
No, that geatric Povetkin gets put to sleep. Sanders was inconsistent but he had severe power and speed. Even the version that lost to Rahman and Tubbs beats Whyte, Sanders was still explosive
Prime Vitali was a MEAN DUDE. When he got pissed off… he was just nasty and devastating at the same time. The poor **** he fought after Wlad lost to Puritty on the very same card… lol Go watch that destruction and the way Vitali unloaded on that guy.
It's a tough one really I think all 3 are a bit overrated in some respects. With Bowe his pros are having the best inside fighting skills of any big man aswell as having the best single win out of Vitali or Fury in beating a prime Holyfield and he may of looked the best in regards to the eye test in that fight. But Bowes cons were he had a very short prime and couldn't stay in shape and didn't fight any of the big KO artists of his era like Ruddock, Morrison, Bruno, Lewis, etc. With Fury his pros are being unique mobile boxer who's a giant who has his fantastic recuperative abilities. And he's had some good performances against notable opposition like Wilder 2 and Wladimir even though Wladimir was old Fury was an underdog so it's still a good win. But Furys cons are he has had alot more poor performances against unremarkable opposition and has been dropped almost 10 times in his career. And like Bowe couldn't stay in shape and inactivity ruined what could've been a much better career. With Vitali his pros are his consistency in fights in regards to barely losing rounds in his entire career which means he showed more dominance than Bowe or Fury aswell as having a cast iron chin. But Vitali’s cons though are he doesn't have a big notable win like Fury or Bowe and he lost to two of the best fighters he fought in Byrd and Lewis aswell as being injury prone.
Bowe beats Vitali Fury beats Bowe and Votaki I do think Vitali is a tougher fight for Fury than Bowe All same tier
Sanders was a 5 round fighter I don't think he beats that version of Povetkin He certainly wasn't consistent enough to her confident in picking him
