Well, maybe boxing isn't the sport for you. At the end of the day, it's still about hitting and getting hit. And no matter how slick or aesthetically pleasing your style, you will still get hit, and just as often as not get hit by some stumbling off balance guy who is too stupid or stubborn to know he isn't skilled.

You and duck egg would likely make a fine pair. Both of you are morons, and both play the race card when confronted with anything you don't like.

Here is an offer for you. Come to Espana ( you can post on here where and when you arrive ) I will give you thorough directions on EXACTLY where I am located and try to kill me yourself. I guarantee you I will enjoy the experience.:rofl:rofl

My Spanish needs some dedication if I'm honest, and I can think of no better place to learn it than a Spanish prison.

Even more that that it is about winning fights and not losing them.

don't pretend anyone would really want to try to kill you :nono

    you over dramatic princess :patsch

I rarely play the race card. I didn't even play it when you kept calling me APE,,, or when you called my wife a APE and asked me if I had to hide her scent. I played the race card only after you called me, "BOY" repeatedly after I asked you to stop calling me APE.

Before that it was only you calling me a RACIST with me never mentioning it to you once :deal

See what a twisted fellow you are Foxy???

Stylistically, Holyfield was the perfect foil. Those fights were aesthetically exciting, adrenaline inducing fights because the two fighters' abilities and proclivities mixed so well. But people try to claim Arturo Gatti was an all time great because of his Ward trilogy. The Holyfield Trilogy remains 90% of Bowe's legacy.

This is more a question of management and opportunity... and a management in Bowe's case that knew he had a short shelf life, was not a dedicated trainer and lacked in the mental department. They wanted to cash out quicker rather than play the long game.

Bowe had the magnificently thrilling series with Holyfield. But other than that didn't do whole lot outside squeaking by Tubbs, lowblowing Coetzer into submission and tipping over a coked zombie in Dokes. Who had Hide beat at heavyweight? 11-0 Michael Bentt stands as his great achievement but none of us know how good Bentt was, tho given his inexperience we can guess. Other than that, you start looking at Bigfoot Martin. I am certainly taking 93 Tucker (who had beaten McCall and not lost since his only defeat to Tyson), Ruddock and Bruno over Hide.

Gonzalez was a 4-1 farce who never trained and as a pro got his "cred" slapping around a decrepit Mista Snipes. I paid good money to attend that debacle.

This was a good win for Bowe.

But you have put an artificial cap on Lewis who came on with some of his greatest victories later. If Lewis had stopped in 96, we might be having some kind of discussion... But he went on to beat Holy, Tua, Grant, Golota... up thru Vitai. He proved his mettle over the duration.

And Oliver McCall was a 5-1 farce against Lewis.

No, it's not an artificial cap. If Lewis had fought Holyfield 3 times between 1992 and 1995 he might have been used up a lot sooner too, and you have to wonder if he'd have beaten Holyfield at all at that stage.

Yes you do pull the race card, you lying sack of sh it. I refer to you as an ape because of the obscene remark you made about my grandson for which you were banned. True or false?

You also cried like a bi*ch that you were bullied on this site because people called you Coco. I told you to google " Coco the clown " and stated that is was far more likely people thought you a clown and that is why they called you Coco.

Your racial insecurity and paranoia make you believe they meant something to do with a gorilla.

Get it into your thick skull the rest of the world doesn't give a sh it about what North Americans mean when they call someone boy. In your case I'd use it in the same way someone would call an animal boy. I am English, and use my language how I want to, not to suit people who live in North America.

whatever you say Mr Honest :good

You knew I was objecting to you constantly calling me APE and you clearly knew it was about race as I told you that's why I was objecting, and as soon as I started objecting you switched and called me Boy, correct? I just found it ODD timing, then when you switched to me swinging through trees with my wife and how I had to hide my wifes scent, well it upset me, if I was WRONG I apologize to you Foxy.

If you have simply out played me with deceitful weasel like words in this forum once again then power to you :rasta

Anyways lets stick to Boxing, LL is one of the few boxers we both like, plus I always thought Lenny would of KOed bowe :deal

Stop that nonsense. Did you not see the state of his face? It was a wreck and he was about TKO'd with or without the accidental low blow. Low blows don't turn one's face into a grotesque mask. Maybe you should rewatch it.
Great performance by Bowe against a brave and gutsy Coestzer. Lenny would have went life and death against that man , pulling out a narrow points win , had he fought him at the time.

    Not really.
Coetzer's face had started to disfigure and swell up in fights he won. Yeah Bowe nearly took his head off with uppercuts but he hit low repeatedly too. To say it was accidental is being disingenuous.
Coetzer was going to lose, but those low blows hastened the result.
Honestly, Bowe's performance against Coetzer was less impressive than Foreman's against Coetzer. Foreman was able to legally floor Coetzer twice, which is something Bowe could not manage once.
Also, in all fairness, Lewis would have hammered Coetzer in 3 or 4 rounds in all honesty.

"Bowe has a better jab than Lewis".

I think you need to find another sport to watch. You don't know **** about boxing.

If we cut off ****ysis of every heavyweight's performance at 23 years old, Tyson would be the GOAT and Marciano wouldn't be as good Frans Botha.

    Of course it counts.

And Lewis went 24 rounds with Holyfield and scored some of his greatest wins afterwards.
