Bowe Unanimous 15- Marciano??

    Is this the result of a fight between Riddick Bowe (Holyfield 1)if he faced Rock?
    Maybe an hard fought match between em but Bowe always in front, and perhaps Rocky touching the floor more than once? Is Rocks chin good enough to keep him from being Kod by the bigger man?

    I don`t thin a fighter Marciano`s size could take the shots Holy took, Moore floored Marciano weighing far less than Bowe, I don`t think Marciano ever took shots from a fighter as big as Bowe.

    I think this is a valid point. Although Bowe wasn't a huge puncher, he's so much bigger than Marciano it's difficult to imagine this going the distance. It's basically a super heavyweight v a Cruiserweight.

    Lol good one. Do we see Mr Bowe chucking one of the baubles in the bin rather than face Mr Marciano??

    That's true, Holyfield really should have been kod by Bowe in the first fight, and he definitely shouldn't have lost the rematch.

    Bowe blows him out in 2 or 3, and it only takes that long because Marciano would keep getting up while he could. When a modern athlete sees Marciano type, it's just blood in the water at the prospects of a quick night

    The uppercut would be murder for Rocky. This is a very tough pick for me. My heart wants Rocky to win but...1992 Bowe.

    Yeah Bowe would win, I agree but this isn't the walk in the park people think it is. Bowe's defense is atrocious, and he would be there to be hit.

    Problem here for Rocky is he needs to get inside to have a chance ... and Bowe was one of the best in-fighting big men in history.

    So while against some taller fighters you can give Marciano a fighting chance IF he’s able to get past their jab and work in close, in this case he’s going to just take more punishment if he gets there.

    I've said it before, I've a ton of respect for what Rocky achieved. But that was his era. Without dissing him, take him out of the 50 s and things get tougher.
    But.. Having said that, I see Bowe being RIGHT THERE.. And Rock s still got the same arms, muscles and fist s, so I don't see it being a total blowout.
