I think Bowe is too physical for Spinks. Michael wouldn't be able to keep him off. And Spinks being a slow starter without a real heavyweight punch won't help either.
I'd have to go with Bowe. Bowe would be too much just his jab alone would be devastating to Spinks. I think Bowe would pound him out around the 8th round I think Spinks would get some stuff early but Bowe being the much bigger man would wear on him and take control as the fight went on. Spinks is a great fighter though so you never know I could see scenario's with him winning, he was a master boxer very tricky and awkward in the ring and knew how to win rounds and had a tone of fight in him, I could also picture him going the distance with Bowe and losing.
Spinks is overated as a heavy weight. Bowe at his best would easily beat the Spinks of the Tyson fight. I would give him till around the 7th-8th round. Bowe wont tear into him like Tyson, but methodically close the distance with Spinks behind his excellent and Heavy Jab, Spinks will have to use all his energy to stay on the outside and box his way to a win. But he wont, at Heavy he does not have the legs or stamina, and eventually he gets tagged. Bowe has enough power to Put out the weakening Spinks a little past the half way mark.
